The Squid Squad has had an amazingly successful 2018/19 season. The 2018 Squid World Tour included UCI race in Australia, China, Canada, Japan, Europe and across the US. We raced 3 World Cups, and collectively the Squad racked up 12 UCI wins, 8 additional podiums (2nd and 3rd), and 5th and 6th at PanAm games. All of these success amounted to two coveted spots on the USA National Team for World Championships, taking place on the wind battered coast in Bogense Denmark on a cold weekend in early February.
What made World Championships even better was having a big California support squad come to Denmark to cheer on Sammi and Anthony and explore Copenhagen. We even managed to catch the famous Copenhagen Six Day track race.
