USA Orders
In stock (non-painted) orders get packed and collected by UPS or USPS within 2 business days unless overnight/nextday deliver is selected.
Ground delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on location. Email sales@squidbikes.com with any delayed order inquiries.
International Orders

In stock (non-painted) orders are shipped out within 3 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.
Squid Bikes is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please contact sales@squidbikes.com for any special circumstances in which you require our assistance.
We are currently facing delays of up to 2 weeks due to a reduction in air traffic.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Squid Bikes is not responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes.
Squid Bikes is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.
If the package is returned to Squid, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs as well as any fees charged.
